Welcome to the Merimbula Rainforest Nursery and Florist. We are located on the sparkling Sapphire Coast of NSW in South Eastern Australia. Not only is it the centre of our business,but an area that we proudly call home.
Flowers are a delightful gift for all occassions. We have many customers who are local, however, we have a growing demand from interstate and overseas clients.
Some of the frequently asked questions we get are "Where do you deliver to?" or "Can you deliver to ???". The answer is simple and we happy to share.....
From beautiful fishing hamlet of **Bermagui in the north, travelling south to the regional capital of *Bega, the heartland of the dairy industry and the home of Bega Cheese. A short and scenic road trip from *Bega takes us to the coastal gem of Tathra, famous for it wharf and the iconic Tathra Oysters.
Kalaru, home of Sapphire Coast Turf Club is another area we service, as is nearby Bournda with it's lake and eco island.
On the inland route we cover the townships of *Bemboka, *Wolumla, and *Candelo with it's newly refurbished General Store and Cafe.
The locality of Millangandi with it's rural farmlets, organic growers and hobby farms is localated at the back of the sparkling Merimbula Lake and is an area where we deliver to regularly for our many clients located there.
Just south of Merimbula is the quaint village of Pambula extending to South Pambula and the world famous Pambula Beach, with it's long sandy surf beaches and pristine river mouth. Pambula is also recognised for it's unique and ecological wetlands habitat "Panboola".
On the southern boarder of our service area lays the historic whaling town (but not now) of *Eden. Famous for it's deep water port of Twofold Bay now being used as a destination for the thriving cruise ship industry and safe haven for the famous Sydney to Hobart Yatch Race. *Eden was home to "The Killers of Eden", a notorius pod of Orcas which ledgend has it guided the whale men to their target prey of Humpback Whales. Any trip to *Eden is not complete without a visit to the Killer Whale Museum.
